There's not much you can say about Deiphago's Into the Eye of Satan; the title may (or may not) be a metaphor for bum-sex; and if it isn't, it certainly should be. Album opener Intro Obliteration aside (No, I'm definitely not lulled into a false sense of security by the Wagner-like stylings of this track) one is immediately bludgeoned to death by Evil and Adverse - this is fookin' extreme metal noise madness. I seriously don't know what box to put this in - it's absolutely mental. I'm almost reminded of Blasphemy at certain points, though I'm not entirely sure why. Early Venom also springs to mind but this stuff is just so much more extreme than the almost gentle stylings of that bygone era. Check out Bloodbath of Genocide - seriously what the fuck is going on? It's wave upon wave of absolute noise mania but then a riff or a hideous screech will grab your attention and pull you back into the song.

And thus runs the entire album pretty much. It's not something you'd chuck on for a mellow time but if you fancy something that will really scare the plop out of you then this is a good option. Frightening yet (somehow) quite enjoyable.
