1349 North American tour October 2010

In support of their newest release, Demonoir, black metallers 1349 have announced a tour of the US/Canada, spanning nearly all of October
Tour Dates:
06/10/2010 - 30/10/2010

2010 is a very special year for 1349. This is the year that saw the release of their pinnacle album Demonoir, into which they have channeled the darkest and fiercest contents of their souls and given it an aural form.
As the album was released, the band was already on American soil doing the first leg of the touring cycle as main support for Cannibal Corpse. They were obviously rather excited about how the songs would feel and sound live and also of the crowd’s reaction to the new material, but it turned out to work eminently. Furthermore, it became clear to them that they had to follow-up on what they had begun and go back to the States and play a headliner tour in the fall.

This intent has turned into cold reality as they are now set to embark on a co-headliner tour with Triptykon.

Many of you are familiar with 1349’s bonds to the creative mastermind Tom G. Warrior, and for them it’s like pieces of a puzzle that have fallen into place as they now go on tour with Triptykon on their first journey to the U.S.

Talk about two mighty forces being joined! In 1349, they see it as nothing short of a great achievement that they could help make it happen.
They can promise you that the band will feed off this great happening, and boldly state that every show on this Weltenbrand tour will be a triumph!

This is gonna be one hell of a ride.

To complete the line-up of this legendary 1349/Triptykon-tour, the splendid weirdos Yakuzi have been invited as special guests.

As Overkill would have said, come feel the fire...
